Thunderbolts strike and shutout Wolverines 12-0

The battery of twin brothers #11 junior starting pitcher Caden Kendall and junior catcher #6 Nolan Kendall were in complete control only allowing the Wolverines to get through the lineup twice.

It was all Andrew today as the Thunderbolts move to 3-0 with a 12-0 win at Simeon in 5 innings. The battery of twin brothers #11 junior starting pitcher Caden Kendall and junior catcher #6 Nolan Kendall were in complete control only allowing the Wolverines to get through the lineup twice. Caden threw a complete game 2 hitter while striking out 9 with 0 walks. He was in total command of the mid-upper 80s fastball/breaking ball mix.

The Thunderbolts got right to it offensively as they scored 5 runs in the top of 1 and never looked back. It was a team effort as all 9 starters registered a knock led by 2 RBI from Nolan Kendall and 2 RBI from Robby Pursel. Andrew also stole 7 bags that led to 4 runs.

The Wolverines fall to 1-2 on the season.
