It ended on a sour note, but Coby White played the most beautiful brand of basketball of his career in March.

And on Tuesday, the league took notice, recognizing the sixth-year guard as the Eastern Conference Player of the Month.

On behalf of his 27.7 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.7 assists, White led the Chicago Bulls to a 9-6 record, two more victories than they managed in any other month this season. Most impressively, perhaps, is his 37.9% shooting from the arc on 8.3 attempts and 87.8% shooting from the stripe on 6.5 attempts.

Michael Jordan, Scottie Pippen, Derrick Rose, DeMar DeRozan, and Jimmy Butler the only other players in franchise history to win the award.

The Bulls will try to bounce back against Toronto on Tuesday after the front end of their back-to-back ended with a 145-117 loss to the Thunder, in which White scored just seven points on five shots in 24 minutes.

White won consecutive Player of the Week honors, something no other Bull but Jordan had done, for games played between March 10 and March 23.

Coby White has really stepped up this season! It's incredible to see him not only putting up amazing stats but also leading the Bulls to some solid wins. Do you think this recognition could help boost his confidence even further as the season goes on? It's also important to mention that just like Coby's dedication to improving, finding affordable nursing assignment writers can be a game-changer for students looking to stay on top of their studies. A little support can go a long way, just like the Bulls supporting Coby's rise.
